I love the way Blue Ivy looks at you :) Two questions: if I do this with two dogs (I try to walk them both at the same time because i only have so much time in my day) can I stack them both on the left side? What do I do if I have a dog that cannot eat and walk at the same time? Every time I give Sheba a treat, she stops and usually sits to each it (no matter how small or big) which breaks the motion.
Thank you 😊 Here’s a quick video on working with two dogs at once: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mVo8MrEQhcw.html You’ll want to work with them at home separately first, then together at home, then individually on the walk, and then bring them together for the walk. I tend to put one dog on each side when walking two but whatever works best for you is great! You can teach a dog to move and take treats, it’s just a matter of luring them with the treat and releasing the treat while you are still moving. Don’t stop if the dog stops while practicing at home. It’s like the old saying learning how to walk and chew gum at the same time 😊 just takes practice. I have a video on luring versus rewarding as well if you need more info on how to practice that. Most videos on RU-vid that show heeling dogs use e collars. As someone who doesn't want to teach with an e collar this titling is useful for finding the video I want.

Nope! You can practice the exact same exercises with the right leg. Universally, the right side is called "side" and the left side is called "heel" but you can use whatever you like :)
