Dear Christina, have you ever had your bone density checked ? Your way of eating ( drinking 😊) is centered around two types of sugars with a higher amount of fructose sugar, vitamins , polyphenols, flavonoids, a few proteins from a few green ( cabbage (?)) leaves .... There is no harm in checking bone density ... you do not have to Talk about it to your followers. But, please : Have it checked. Greetings from Berlin, Germany
@@CBL-if8jr bone density is also linked to hormone levels, vitamin D, and exercise. I’m sure she’s fine. I’ve been raw as long as her and my bone scan showed excellent bone health.
Raw food is healing and delicious. I know this because I was battling high blood pressure and depression. Now I’ve dropped 56lbs…have lots of energy , and feeling emotionally and spiritually balanced. Thank you for inspiring me. ❤😊
Can you recommend a place that will ship organic fruits to your doorstep? I have the worst time finding coconuts, papayas, guavas, avocados, kiwi and monk fruits! I live in Illinois 😊
I don't eat raw or vegan or anything and I don't have any health problems so this doesn't apply to everyone. that being said, I think this diet can help with some mental health/emotional issues.
I'm not a complete raw vegan but I must say once I became plant based my blood work turned out to be very healthy.Only thing I would say to anyone is eat enough calories to sustain your ideal weight.

I have been eating salads for dinner and I finally made the right size salad last night and it was so tasty and filling! I’ve been adding all kinds of different greens that I can find in the store and I found that I adore green onions in my salads, yum! I want to dive into new dressing now. Also, I have been juicing as often as I can and I just love it so much!

I've finally gotten to a point where I don't feel like being vegan or vegetarian is a psychotic idea. lol. My question is how did you let go of cooking food altogether? I know raw fruits and veggies have the most nutritional value, but was there anything else that influenced your decision?

Step one: go vegan/raw vegan Step two: grow your own plant based diet (Because they've poisoned the raw produce as well.) WRT eating enough calories, I use a digital weigh scale. If I'm losing weight, I'm not eating enough to maintain my body. Since I want to lose weight, one kg per week is ok until I get to my target weight.
I just started to cross over. Im about 80% there. Still discovering recipes and how to pick best products. So reading a lot of labels, just learned i need to prep a head of time. I love ALL fruit and veggies so i enjoy my vegan meals.
I just started about 10 days ago. To transition fully, I've been eating some cooked beans and some cooked veggies but only those veggies or beans by themselves. Once i transition fully, I plan to be raw as much as i possibly can. I'm praying I can do this because I do have a gastric bypass.

I tried to eat my daily lunch with raw vegetables usually the same thing kale, carrots, grapes, red beets, beet greens, bell pepper. I started twice but after a few weeks, I always start to have problem with my taste. My taste start to be off and taste weird. Is it because I am not supplementing with B12 and zinc? I want to go permanent raw vegan lunch and possibly dinner as well in the future. But I keep facing this taste change problem that scares me. Please advise. TIA
Love eating raw vegan. I didn't have any ailments, but i had no idea how phenomenal one can feel before going raw. It has changed my art practice, being more present and in tune to my intuition like never before.
So you don't eat grains ? I mean vegetables are low in calories except potatoes even lentils are high in protien but low in calories so how can you complete 1500 calories without adding grains in your diet 🤔
I'm not a vegan and never will be but there is absolutely a lot of wisdom to be had from Kristina and her methods and lifestyle. The closer to the earth we live, the more in balance and healthy we can be
