Related; bulk farm orders work as well. I bought 229lbs of black angus beef back in early march and still have a bunch in my deep freeze Unrelated; what make and brand are those sun glasses?
Not hating, just trying to spread some knowledge, Your statement is completely backwards sir. Microwaving food is one of the best ways to retain nutritional value www.cnn.com/2014/01/21/health/upwave-microwaving-food/ It just depends on whether or not you do it right.
Brandon, just curious if you've ever tried dropping the fats down a touch and adding in more carbs? Like say 125g of fats and bumping your carbs up to make up the cals? Might be tough to hit 300g of pro and keep fats at anything below 150g, but I was just curious.
WesCC1989 i understand what you're saying. but lean bodybuilders are quit weak compared to say an olympic lifter. alot of olympic lifters look like normal people. Strenght is very CNS oriented. Its a mix of both i think.
Yes of course a lean bodybuilder (sub 7%) is weaker. 12-15 isn't lean enough to compromise strength like sub 8 is, but it's lean enough to not be a fat powerlifter. I'd rather squat 600 @ 220 than 700 @ 275.
Really good information! Impressed to see an athlete that knows his shit, most are on these brosef ideas.IMO I think you're off on the animal fats, saturated fat is not healthy and has been shown to increase your chances for all kinds of heart related problems. Better off sticking to unsaturated varieties, nuts, seeds, mostly all non animal source fats are good. Otherwise great video, just subscribed.
im assuming youre a high schooler which as he said youre going to have a crazy ass metabolism which allows you to do that. once you hit age 20-25 your metabolism will start slowing down and you wont need as much
well hes 31 or 32 so his metabolism is gonna be way slower than ours(im also turning 20 soon). the only thing that surprised me was he eats less on his off days. i figured hed just be in the 3800-4000 range everyday
