[How to make]
1) Heat the grill pan hot and bake pork belly.
2) Put the blanched bracken in cold water for 10 minutes and mix it with 1 spoon of soy sauce and 1 spoon of tuna solution.
3) When pork oil gathers in the middle of the pan, put the bracken on top.
4) Wrap the sirloin and pork belly in a wrap. It's better with ssamjang or salted hairtail.
5) Cut the remaining pork belly small and mix it with rice, bracken, fried eggs, lettuce, and red pepper paste.
(*Fried eggs are delicious when fried in leftover pork oil)
6) Stir-fry pork belly and kimchi in an earthen pot and add water, 2 spoons of red pepper powder, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of liquid sauce, 2 spoons of minced garlic, 1/2 spoon of soft tofu, and boil.
7) Put sliced green onions and eggs on the pork belly soft tofu and turn off the heat.
8) Mixing soft tofu with bibimbap is delicious.
9) Put the remaining pork oil mixed with chives, cheongyang red pepper. Mix them well and fry.
10) Here is the crispy chives pancake.
11) For dessert, wrap the shelled sweet potato with pork belly and cook it in an air fryer (190 degrees 15 minutes)
12) Completion of a savory sweet potato dessert.
