As a European Morocco that has returned yesterday from Morocco. Know that there will be people that raise the price for you because you aren’t a Moroccan, but you also should know that they also raise the price for us Moroccan foreigners. Please watch out for getting pickpocketed and if you are harassed go to the police. I’m a Moroccan from the Nador region so I’m unfortunately not familiar with the prices of Marrakesh. I wish you a pleasant stay in Morocco and I hope you enjoy it the same way as I enjoyed my holiday. May Allah protect you from evil. Excuse me for my English.
As a Moroccan, believe it or not, I was scolded by my parents for serving tea wrong, my dad would always say " NO WELDI, you pour tea from very high up! I told you many times the bubbles are very important!! "

I remember that tea from childhood, tasty with evaporated milk & sugar (kid version my uncle used to make it but they got the strong normal 1 atayah we call it). The food looks good af! ❤Ur vids
We are a unique people Only if you pour tea without bubbles you are scolded, and also if we eat with a fork and knife it is considered arrogance. We eat only with our hands. We have our own dress for special occasions, which is the Moroccan caftan, whether for women or men. We are a people who kiss the heads and hands of our elders. Our country is historical and comfortable and you are welcome in our country with pride ❤🇲🇦🌹
I used to think Moroccans pour tea from high up to make the tea "breath" and get in contact with as much oxygen as possible for taste, but it turned out it's only about the bubbles/foam like matcha in Japan 😢😂

Plz if you eat by hand, use only 3 fingers. If you eat by all fingers is a shame. So moroccan way of eating is a cultural and traditional practise. My respect from Marrakech ❤❤❤❤.
