I got denied today, they stated what I bought was an unregistered illegal suppressor. Funny since what they’re doing is illegal & unconstitutional, not to mention wouldn’t stand up in court.
@@NeckboneArmory hey Neckbone Rob, I was searching how to do an SBR during this amnesty & found your nice video. I heard you say El Paso for your CLEO & I also live there. How can we exchange contact info so we can chat ? Are you on instagram or something so I could send you a pm ? Thanks
In question b. On the responsible persons form, is it asking if the applicant would sell or dispose of the gun on this form if he/she was convicted of a felony or terrorism charge or drug trafficking? Meaning Would you do the right thing and get rid of it , as your status to be able to own NFA items would not be valid after such charges or convictions? Just wanting to make sure I'm understanding it correctly. Every other answer is no. And this was the only yes, 😂 please advise
I would think no, because any yes answers require details on a separate sheet. Unless they updated the form? my question b is: b. Have you ever been convicted in any court for a felony, or any other crime, for which the judge could have imprisoned you for more than one year, even if you received a shorter sentence including probation? (See definition 8)
