Nice video, worked for my GTX 1080 Ti using Monterey 12.7.4 Thank you! I also have a general question. If one day I would like to update to Ventura or Sonoma, do I have to uninstall/unpatch all that and after updating redo all this work or would just updating work without issues?

Glad to hear! Yes, you must uninstall the patches and then update. Once updated, you can re-patch the system.

Does this work on a Dell G3 3579? It has a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 but is currently using the Integrated graphics (Intel UHD 630)

Probably, Optimus configuration so no. You can use IGPU.

Yes, that's a normal issue on these cards. Use HDMI/DP Adapter.

So, I figure it out, at last, IT MUST BE IMAC 1,1 and added the boot args " agdpmod=vit9696 shikigva=4 shikigva=12 " my 1080ti it's working in Sonoma 14.5, hope this will help someone

And what for? OpenCL and MetAL not working, so it's good for web browsing or do some chess, some office programs and done... And: You forced us to watching your boot screens, boot processes, logons etc many many many times, BUT you did NOT showed the system preferences page where the expected result(s) should be present.
