Just go to admin.exchange.microsoft.com/ and select your amilbox from which here that you're trying to use in Go High Level as your email service provider, then go to your setting: Mail flow settings and turn off your organization's smtp Auth protocol and save. Go back to Go High Level and go to mail service provider and add Other: 365 Outlook, Server name: smtp.office365.com, your sign username, email address and password for Outlook then save, Now you're all set.
