After hours of trying to figure out what was wrong when reinstalling windows, I came here just to say this worked, thanks for fixing my problem in 60 seconds!
Mine already showed as enabled on the Intel bios. I had to disable it and reenable it and read a pop up in the bios to get it to work WTF. Hopefully this helps someone.
I installed windows 11 but can't play Valorant now, to be honest i hate updates, they always solves problems that did'nt bother and creates problems that do bother me

This is very frustrating. I have just updated to the latest BIOS 2801 for my Prime Z690. The organization and selections that are presented on this video DO NOT EXIST in my *absolutely up-to-date* BIOS. I am at a loss as to adequately convey my frustration without resorting to language for which I am sure RU-vid would remove this post. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Hi, based on your issue, enabling TPM should not affect your existing data or operating system. However, it's always a good practice to back up your important files and data before making any changes to your computer's settings, just to be on the safe side. Thank you.
