I have had an LG QNED85 TV for over a year now, and just a week ago I ordered an LG S90QY soundbar system. In all the LG info on WOW Orchestra, my TV was not listed among the TVs that supported it. To my surprise, yesterday when I turned on the TV, WOW Orchestra was enabled! When I adjusted the volume, I had the same WOW Orchestra note you show in the video, and in my sound settings, it was enabled as well.
I had the same thing when I set up my new soundbar, Wow orchestra was there, and I set it up. But we had a power outage 2 days ago, and now the Wow orchestra option is no longer there. Any one else have that happen? Any suggestions?
@@bradenclaringbold4327 the one that introduced support for Wow Orchestra is 04.40.75, bug a few days ago it also received a new firmware, 04.40.80. However, it's still quite buggy, sometimes it automatically disables itself lol.
Am LG G3 si sound bar LG DS80QY. Am conectat bara de sunet in LG Sound Bar App. Apoi si a facut upgrade, dupa care a intrat de la sine WowOrchestra. E diferenta. Sunetul s a optimizat, diferenta se simte cand vizionez filme 4k unde imi arata Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision si Wow Orchestra.
I have the LG C4 and compatible USC9S soundbar. Under the setting " Use External Speaker with TV Speaker" I do NOT have the Wow Orchestra option. I only have the other 2 options shown in your video.
I don’t get it; I was under the assumption that the wow interface update would be done sometime in November of 2023 on the C2s. I have a C2 that I purchased in early 2023 with a LG S95QR… I have wow orchestra but no wow interface yet!?
Hello how i Van disable wow orchestra . İ selected use only soundbar it work . But when TV reboot after otomatical start work soundbar and TV speaker with wow orchestra . Oled c2 and s75q soundbar
Hi - are you interested in the mounting bracket supplied with SC9S? This bracket is compatible only between SC9S and C2/C3 OLED TVs - all other combinations would need to be checked case by case,
When I enabled Wow orchestra the eArc support is greyed out under the Advanced settings, does it mean when combining tv speaker and LG soundbar only uses hmdi Arc? If I disable the wow orchestra and selected sound bar only. The eArc support is not greyed out under advanced settings.
Good question - LG's soundbar app does not reveal what the soundbar is receiving - I watched Top Gun: Maverick with Wow orchestra and the app reported Dolby Atmos - now is that Dolby Atmos within DD+ or TrueHD, I cannot confirm, but I would say it is lossless codec. DTS:X was also coming to the soundbar and that one should be lossless. Have you hear any difference with and without Wow orchestra enabled?
@@TVguyDarko I tested Disney's Boba fett the sand effect scene in season 1, episode 1 at 2:49. When Wow Orchestra is enabled, the sand effect is amplified and seems better than using the soundbar alone, maybe because of the combined tv speaker + soundbar . Or this is just me. But with the sound bar alone, the effect of the sand is still there and seems good too. Both using AI sound pro profile and showing Dolby Atmos in the LG soundbar App. Maybe the eArc is just greyed out but doesn't mean disabled. I found out that the LG soundbar App shows connection type Hdmi eArc.
I have a new LG C3 and may opt for a LG soundbar for best pairing. Does your setup allow for the soundbar to be powered on automatically when the TV is powered on (via one touch on the remote)?
@@TVguyDarko 🤷🏻♀️ the TV speakers are terrible and over power the soundbar IMO. So much richer and fuller just through the soundbar. Then again I still love the sound of vinyl through speakers wrapped in wood rather than digital. Although the soundbar is pretty amazing! 😁
@@TVguyDarko I'm thinking of giving away the USC9S. It's synthetic sound doesn't come close to my old quality amp and speakers set up. I got duped by the "Recommendation" from the AV Forums review and "Best Buy" from the Which review. If you've had a decent amp and speakers this nonsense just doesn't cut it. I'm annoyed with myself for being swayed by the hype train.
