The support aspect definitely be important in friendships; i’ve experienced both worlds of applying emotions to support & having half-assed support. It truly does show what type of person they are & the longevity of the friendship.
I agree with everything you said and I’ve listened carefully. I’m older than you, however you helped to realized a few things myself. I definitely have to take a step back and really evaluate myself and the people around me. I just to get guilty cutting people off, peace is way more important than everything at the moment
Yea when I first started being nicer and changing from the old person I was it was hard for me but now through maturing and getting older I realize I don’t have a lot of patience for someone disturbing my peace. Is it really worth it to be on edge everytime you hang with that person? Or to deal with everything that comes with them. I’m telling you once you start letting people go. You just start being so happy with the people closer to you that don’t disturb you
I watch a Documentary about Great Kings of the Past, n One Stated. "IF You search for a Friend With NO IMPERFECTIONS, You'll Grow tired n weary in search of a Friend That Not even YOU can Achieve."... Cutting Friends Off Instead of Getting a Better Understanding of them even from ARMS length is FAKE. Once they prove NOT worthy of being a Friend then ok But to Randomly Cut "FRIENDS" off Isnt Cool...
That’s something in my life I truly cannot deal with. I’m sorry that God gave me a different plan for the friends that are supposed to be in my life. If you can deal with those type of people kudos to you but that is not the intent that God had for me. I’m the type of person that I pickup on spirits and absorb them. I can’t have someone in my life like that. I’m not just going around cutting people off. There are multiple reasons i’ve decided to cut people off that I would not speak on… These were just the touch of the surface, the things that stood out to me.
