Thanks for always sharing useful info Ingemar. Just got my Grenadier this week and its been more than a 2 year wait for me since initial deposit, so I’ve enjoyed living vicariously through your videos whilst waiting.
Thank you Ingemar. I am picking my Grenadier up from the dealer tomorrow, at long last. I am looking forward to learning how all the various features and controls work, and your videos are a great help. Cheers!
Thanks for the video. I was told that you have to be in "off-road" mode in order to activate the Aux lights, but that could just be a USA thing, which if true, is not good.
i added "in most countries" cause there are different regulations. unfortunately i am not aware of all of them. it might be the case that they work only offroad in the US. in that case, you could stil add a LED bar, controlled by the HIGH beam, right?
Thanks for another useful video. It appears that you only need to switch EXT2 on to have the lightbar cone on. Or do you also require the high beams to be on as well?
In your night driving demonstration you had the low beams switch to high beams, at this point were the auxiliary lights also on before the light bar? Thanks again!
@@grenadier_exploring ok good to know. If you were trying to decide to buy a light bar or not, are the auxiliary effective enough? Or is a light bar required? I appreciate all your advice!
Great informative videos, keep creating them. Do you know anyone manufacturing an auxiliary fuel tank for under rear, behind axle? If it had 60 to 80ltrs it would make the range a lot better and no need for carrying fuel cans up high.
@@grenadier_exploring we’re looking at one at present as touring tow vehicle but without the long range tank we won’t be able to do the distance here in Australia. Another 60ltrs + would be ideal. Working it out most of fuel economy towing is double so we expect 18Ltr/100km we need a range of 700km to be ideal.
