"One of our primary missions is to win souls for Christ" You helped me out so much right here! Every single day I look for something impactful to take in. This is how I needed to start my day ! Thank you so so much!! God Bless!
Thank you for this video, I have friends, neighbors I have evangelized to they know my life and that I’m a Christian, they have not accepted Jesus yet, but I’m believing they will one day before it’s to late.
Here in the United States, I think most people’s definition of “evangelist” is protestant clergy who advertise (or ask local Christians to advertise) a meeting to be held in some venue other than a church building, preach in that venue and invite the attendees to do something so they can count the people who do it (whatever it is) as “converts”. My personal definition of “evangelist” is a person (whether clergy or not) who trusts the Lord and encourages other people to trust him too. I’m a protestant but many protestants in the United States trust the Lord for forgiveness and define “conversion” as a decision to trust the Lord for forgiveness. I define “conversion” as the miracle whereby a person’s trust is transferred from what he thought he could do to save himself from sin or its consequences to what the Lord does (has done, is doing and will do) to save us. In the United States, many Christians emphasize what the Lord has done. (One might even say that a person isn’t a Christian who doesn’t emphasize what the Lord has done.) Some Christians also emphasize what the Lord is doing now to replace our selfishness with his selflessness. And Some Christians also emphasize what the Lord has promised to do but has not yet done. Is a Christian a person who is a follower of Jesus? After Peter had been a follower of Jesus for more than three years, Jesus said to him, “...when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.” What that means to me is that even people who trust the Lord for forgiveness need to learn to trust him in other ways AND that any evidence that someone is learning new ways to trust the Lord should be considered success in evangelism. There is almost no chance that I will inherit $250,000,000 before Jesus returns and, if I did have that level of financial resources, I wouldn’t spend all of it on evangelism. I think I would spend most of it on evangelism, however, so some people who watched this video may find the following helpful. There are several kinds of evangelism: Preaching evangelism Teaching evangelism Singing evangelism Literature evangelism Medical evangelism Lifestyle evangelism Friendship evangelism. To my ways of thinking, anyone who is engaged in any of those kinds of evangelism can be considered an evangelist. If I wanted to invest money in evangelism, I think I’d pay people who ARE evangelists rather than paying people to do evangelistic work. Although I had helped to pass out Christian tracts door-to-door, I wasn’t invited to do more than that until 1963. From then until now, I have made so many “mistakes” while attempting to do evangelistic work that, if I had the wherewithal to pay lay people as evangelists, I think I would ask them to avoid making those same mistakes (and mistakes I’ve noticed other people make) - at least while they were being paid as evangelists.
Your last point is great. How I explain your point to others is we get no where when we debate. But we get somewhere when we choose to simply have a conversation. And if you see you're in a debate. Your goal is to transform thinnest debate back into a conversation. And I do that by explaining that I believe in what I'm saying. That I'm just expressing my beliefs. And I do it while remaining gentle kind and loving. And I say I want them to expound or explain their belief. Which they generally won't use science to explain. However it is incredibly important for a Christian to be aware of science and archeological facts and historical facts. If one wants to be really great at evangelism. That isn't to say while learning you can't still do great for the kingdom. What I mean is if god says to speak about him. You should regardless of your knowledge about him. And when you don't have the correct 100% answers about him. Admit that. Then later find out that answer later. You won't find them all. But i guarantee that being real and really honest gets you somewhere with people and by taking time to answer those questions you said idk to. You will find more answers so next time they come up your equipped. My point here is this generation wants answers that combat evolution and removes doubts that human beings wrote the bible. That the bible is historically accurate. So Christians should learn that and read the bible. Then present it with love.
I agree with all of your tips. One thing I've learnt is that even if the people you talk to aren't willing to listen or go to church with you , you can offer to pray with them before exiting the scene. Makes a difference tbh.
Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the words of Christ. Let your light so shine that people will see a difference in you and ask of the hope you have in Christ.
People will not ask for anything, they will be greatful for you kindness, SND THATS IT .. following Jesus is like a some kunde of suicide mission for the most of them.
Very well said. I really needed to hear this. I consider myself an introvert and im always thinking of ways to evangelize without having to come out of my comfort zone.
"14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher 15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!" (Romans 10:14-15)
Thank you dear sister in Christ for standing for the Gospel Christ! Now you have to do more because the world is in a panic mode and there is no hope or a way out from the fear which comes through COVID19
Wow sister this vid really touched my heart! I agree the best way to touch people in the spirit is your behaviour and establishing relations. Godbless sister from Rainy England 🙏✌️
I had my first little talking evangelism moment today. I asked 3 people if the think the world is on their side or evil and they said that they think it's kind of evil. Then it was my train station so I said that I suggest following Christ. It was a bit akward, I was shaking and still am a little bit, but I felt the Holy spirit moving and hope I planted some seeds.
love your channel,, found it from your lagos vlog and was pleasantly surprised to find lots of christian videos as well so i love that you're doing it. i was shy as well but i really wanted to evanglise thats why i created my current channel to find a way to do it in different ways (lol was also shy to show my face so used stock footage but will eventually get there ) and you;re so right character is key, and its hard to evanglise when your behaviours are lukewarm christianity as well, so trying to improve the relationship with God too so it shows more in action is great too.
Pauline Michael please know that judgment day is coming. Women should stop wearing unnatural appearance and indecent dressing. Stop wearing wigs and makeup. Gabriel kokou said he saw non Christian women and christian women who had died in hell because they used makeup, wigs, bleached their skin, relaxed their hair, curled their hair, dyeing of hair, wore ornaments, artificial eyelashes, and nails; painted their nails, wore trousers, short skirts, tight clothing, half naked clothing, high heels. Because all these unclean things make men sin by lusting and committing adultery in their minds and that leads to hell. Women should Repent of all these things and beg Yahushua(Jesus) in prayer to be their lord and savior and forgive them these sins and all their other sins. So that they can be saved from GOD'S anger and hell and the lake of fire and receive eternal life where there is no pain, sorrow, sadness, crying, sickness, disease and death only eternal happiness. Exodus 33:4-6 said, 4When the people heard these distressing words, they began to mourn and no one put on any ornaments. 5For the Lord had said to Moses, “Tell the Israelites, ‘You are a stiff-necked people. If I were to go with you even for a moment, I might destroy you. Now take off your ornaments and I will decide what to do with you.’ ” 6So the Israelites stripped off their ornaments at Mount Horeb. He said he also saw people being tortured in hell for having unnatural sex, which includes: anal sex, oral sex, women who laid on top of men during sex, doggy style etc while on earth. He also said he saw men and women who were in hell for using condoms, and that Jesus told him that any form of artificial contraceptive including female condoms is a sin. @@nebx2127 "In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;" (1 Timothy 2:9) To dress according to the bible is to dress modestly not dressing in a way which promotes lust or beauty. "Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised." Proverbs 31:30
Jesus answered and said unto [Nicodemus], I tell you the truth, Except a man be BORN AGAIN, he cannot see the kingdom of God. John 3:3 We must be born again. Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. v.5 Full water immersion baptism, just as Christ did. As receive the Holy Spirit. Just as He did. Luke 3:22,23 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. Mark 16;16 I believe the Lord has impressed your heart Sharon Ashley. Just as He said He would. (Joel 2:28) GBU (God bless U)
MoTheCrown In order to be forgiven and saved from everlasting punishment in hell fire after death and from the lake of fire on judgment day, People should accept Jesus as their lord and savior and repent of their sins, which include, violence, drinking, smoking, nightclubs, lies, slander, gossip, injustice, murder, stealing, robbery, cheating, fraud, swear words, spying on people, adultery, fornication, witchcraft, idolatry, watching secular television, secular music, movies, magazines, novels, books, secular internet programs, video games, sport, divorce, doing to others what one does not want others to do to one. Sexual immorality, Bestiality, incest, masturbation, homosexuality, sexy clothes, tight clothes, g strings, bikini, leggings, high heels. All these make someone to sin by having sexual imagination about one. Women must not go with pants(trousers), makeup, artificial hair, anything artificial, anything unnatural, and ornaments. All these lead to everlasting punishment in hell fire after death and in the lake of fire on judgment day.

Once I think I accidentally evangelised on a train because some guy was like “nah there’s nothing wrong with swearing Christians can swear they’re just words” and I was like “oh really? Read this” and I gave him a bible verse (James 3:10) and then he read the whole passage😁
Also, use the Ten commandments because u need to make them realize that there in terrible danger. Like if you don't tell a patient he has a disease, he not take or appreciate the cure. Their conscience will activate and they will feel guilty and realize their need for a saviour.
What do you do or say when you don't have the opportunity to establish a relationship first bc not everyone you will have the time to establish relationship with before telling them the gospel
Make sure “leading a Christlike life” doesn’t deter you from evangelizing. We don’t don’t have to be perfect to follow Christ. Sometimes, having led a challenged life is testimony to having been redeemed.
Hey Sharon, I just came across one of your videos where you questioned if you were "heaven ready." It is clear to me that you love the Lord deeply. I just want to encourage you to trust that the work he has started in you he will complete. I'd like to send you some scriptures that will speak to that particular concern of yours. Give me an email address and I'll prepare something you can use as reference to build your faith up. Trust God, all is well lil sis 🙂
Right away I am convicted because I live next door to a house that has a lot of squatters and I get angry when I think about that. Well, they are my neighbors, they are selling drugs, what do I do?
All have done evil “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23) The penalty for sin is hell (Revelation 21:8). Because of Gods love for us Jesus Christ came down from heaven to take the punishment for our sin on the cross in which he was spat on, beaten, mocked and laughed at. Christ died for the sins of the world and The third day God raised him from the dead (Praise God). This was done so that those who believe on Christ will not perish (hell) but have life everlasting (heaven); be justified by Gods grace through redemption in Christ (John 3:16) (Romans 3:24).. The blood Jesus shed on the cross washes away our sin if we Believe in The Son of God and his finished work (ordained by God) on the cross. When this happens the believer receives the righteousness of Christ in place of their own unrighteousness (all sins are forgiven) and this makes them saved (going heaven) and they are born again as a Christian. (Romans 3:25-26)
Keep it up, how old are you, cause it is weird to see a young woman at your age care about of God in today's world, they too busy distracted by the things of this world
@@sharonnwosu8901 I'm 24 as well and have come across two woman who I want to evangelize to. but they are older women. I know the Bible says older women teach young woman. so I'm confused on it I should be evangelizing to them. im going to continue to pray on it
