Very true! My biggest strength is that I’m detail-oriented. My biggest weakness is that I lack assertiveness. If I were too assertive, I might be less detail-oriented. 😁 Can you do a video about how to be more assertive while not being mean? Thank you for the encouraging videos!
Jennifer I truly want to excel in any job I select and avoid the trap of being so wrapped up in jobs for the money only. I want to be good at what I do and be comfortable in a positive work environment. Similar to what one of the RU-vid commenter mentioned below.
I’m surrounded by great women who push me out of my comfort zone and hold me accountable to the goals that I have. The next step in my career is to land a job that challenges me but deeply rewards me with the work that I do. I’m also looking for a more positive work environment where people are encouraged and supported to grow in their careers and move forward rather than be prevented from growing further. These are my primary objectives.
I'm always so impressed with the clarity you have in your career. It's rare, and it's going to make those goals so much easier for you to get! Keep being positive, aware and awesome, my friend!

Ok. My question is I am good in Geography, history and political science. My weaknesses are communication skills and math skills. What is my ideal career based on that strengths and weaknesses that I mentioned?
