The people that are being sarcastic . Why domt you try listening to be brahmananda swarupa chant . And tell me how you feel afterwards. I had this playing at work . In the background. Without realising it had an effect on me . I started realising anytime I was stressed or upset . That chant would hum in my mind . Now I'm off work . I stopped listening to it . However I notice everyday from 5 pm. My mind goes absolutely still for an hour at least . Then my mind and body changes . And I go about what I'm doing.

Sadhguru is always available to me. I've never been to Isha centre, nor I've seen him directly. But whenever I was in pain, confused or sad Sadhguru is always in my dream, and he used to give me a hug. I used to broke down in my dream completely, and I feel so ecstatic. I know it's a dream, but I feel his presence. He's there when I need. 💓🙏🏻

Since doing the swaropa chant . I experience him everyday. I listened to this chant from 4 to 7. I notice now I'm in quarantine . Every day at 4 my body and mind goes absolutely quiet . No matter what I'm doing I'm aware of this daily. And something strange happens I start to chant the swaropa tap in my head .

He paused for a couple of seconds in the beginning. That was perfect. If only there are daily live videos of Sadhguru just sitting without words for half an hour or so. Then we could join him. It's not that I complain about him saying things :) But live meditations would also be great.
