Hi nice video. I too have some issues with the engine dj software on my laptop. I read the manual and did as im supposed to but then I've made a couple of mistakes. I had gotten my denon prime go last week. so I did a small test to see how it runs. so what i did first was imported a few songs then i created a playlist then synced it into a flash drive i was gonna use temporarily. I named the flash drive engine test. all was good. I played around with the prime go loops, the fx, etc.... so since the flash drive is small in space size. I had ordered a samsung t7 ssd drive to put my whole library of song files in it. so i got the new samsung t7 ssd drive a few days later. I then formatted to exfat format and named it engine dj so i know which hard drive of the drives i have connected on my laptop would be the one i'll be using for engine dj software. so imported all my songs and imported the playlists from serato. it took a long time cause it 34k songs i was puttin in engine dj. once it was done i was seeing a few songs in red. I dont see anything on red files in the manual of engine dj and im on engine dj 2.2.1 but on this video your engine software was a bit older. to fix the red files would it be the same way on the new version of engine dj software?
@@bboymac84 there is nothing on the software that says relocate. but when checked one of the red files it then showed another of same song file but its not red. i right click the red file and there is options there such as remove from playlist, remove from collection but i click any of those options will the other song file that is not red be deleted as well?
Okay I downloaded new songs from beatport. The tracks are loaded into engine prime . I've loaded them up as I would in serato to analyze and put them in the library. I then wiped the sd cards previous tracks and re loaded the SD card. The tracks titles were there but they were red ⁉️
Woww what an absolute mess to have to do this with primes software!!! I absolutely love the prime series of DJ gear compared to pioneer but my god this prime software is propper junk to use , I encountered many problems like this too my friend it’s sooo annoying. Thanks for the tips tho
If your songs are on the internal drive just just analyze all them by just hitting analyze all by highlighting all your songs and right click analyze all or you all folder.
@@bboymac84 i downloaded engine prime and i also downloaded rekordbox. All of my music in my Playlist doesn't show when I plug my USB drive into the sc5000 prime . And yes I did export. So i have no idea why my Playlist doesn't show
