Another advantage of using fibre is galvanic isolation between the properties. At 500m, lighting strikes or electrical faults a one property one propagate over an ethernet cable to the other, causing probable damage and risk of injury or worse.

Does the Optical fiber cable sends audio sounds from the cameras to the NVR ? I didn't hear u explain that part for does who needs sounds records

Yes, all the same data, audio, video, etc. transmits over the fiber-optic cable same as copper wire.

You can consider the fiber optic cable as a replacement for the UTP cat6 cable. The data (e.g. video audio..) is being digitalized in the IP camera. All you have are the zero and one. The data will pass through the fiber optic cable (just like it passes through the UTP cable). The NVR decodes the data, and eventually, you see the video and hear the audio. The fiber optic cable doesn't process the data. It just transmit whatever it comes from the IP cameras.
