I like the last method . Do it in lowest heat so it wont destroy the nutrient. Also, when sunflower oil or coconut oil is added , it will give extra value...thanks for the video. 🥰

I stopped at the second method. Reason is: sunflower is an industrial unsaturated seed oil. So at no point will it give you an organic avocado oil which is saturated. So from these 3 methods, it is safer to say the first two are the best to give 100% organic avocado oil. They are heat pressed and cold pressed respectively. Thank you for the videos and time you took to show us.

I will try method 4: extract flesh, squeeze directly into bowl (oil and water), place in the freezer and remove the water ice, strain oil.

I made mine a few days ago using the last method, but I think I burnt it. The first method I and second looks like too much work is needed 😋. And it's winter one can't put anything in the sun 🙃. Thanks as always for sharing. God bless you!

Yes you are right, the first and second methods are more complex than the third, but the result is very satisfying. When I prepare avocado oil during winter, I place the tray on the heating in the living room. It works perfectly. What if I slow dehydrate with an excalibur, then place the avocado into a water distiller let the oil displace and / or use a lab water seperator???.?

I am not sure if adding water to it will help. The think with avocado is, it can get so dry such that it becomes hard impossible to press it any oil. But I guess your suggestion is worth a try🤔😍😊
