How to factory reset a Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub THG3000 Router

If for any reason power plug is removed from socket or electricity outage etc, or sometimes without due cause - these routers loose Internet connection & resetting sometimes work..sometimes even after reset requires like 20mins to reconnect to wired Internet with 3x white active lights on router. Vodafone are less than informative about firmware updates etc.

This doesn't work for me. When I reset it it won't allow me to connect using the password that came with the router. It will however allow me to connect to the Guest WiFi. The router has 2 WiFi signals coming from it. The original and proper WiFi and a guest WiFi. But after resetting I can only connect to the guest WiFi. Can you tell me how to sort this?

Hi, I was using my Internet with no problems yesterday and just b4 I went to bed it's said connected to modem but no Internet so I said I'd take a look in the mornin and it's still the same, the Internet light is flashing slowly, I've tried on/off and is still doin the same thing, do u have any tips

I reset it all the lights flash and each one went out one by one again the only lights that are working are the Wi-Fi and power the internet and other ones don’t have any power

I had to do this several times before it would accept the default password.

I must say Vodafone is shockingly bad for me ,my WiFi has been down over 16 hours and even with a reset I still see a flashing red light

Cheap crap. Had nothing but problems. So called full fibre not affected by traffic or weather. Never had so many problems. Refuses to connect to Xbox even if it does connect to general internet sites. No refunds,engineers drilling holes not needed,not seeing a new style box installed over the front of my flat door. Customer services hung up when I complained about the service. So on and so forth. The box quality matches the network

Mine has no lights showing turned it off and on even tried resetting with a pin nothing happened 🫠
