How to factory reset (initialize) Yamaha CS1X. 

Thanks for posting. I needed this. I was playing with Synthesia through a MIDI connection and it appears it has changed some settings on the synth (multi voices can only be heard when Synthesia is open). Hopefully this will bring it back to normal.
