Right now I'm finishing the novel Hello, Beautiful, it's so good and very character-driven. Regarding spring...I'm still waiting for the spring cleaning urge, it's not happening yet🙄🤣

The Bookshop of Second Chances! Oh my goodness, I too found that book at a local second hand bookstore last year! I thought it was cute, if you like grumpy/sunshine and want something fluffy. Also Sheila I love your blue top with white flowers! I have a very similar one - red with white the same white flowers and bell sleeves, very spring!
I currently have a pile of books that I've been getting through along with some new releases. Hopefully I will be able to get through them before autumn approaches. Not a Spring or Summer fan. I've lived in the desert my whole life so that probably doesn't help 😅
Thank you for another great video! I know you didn't mention if you're going out or not, but I assumed that you're staying home, but you still took the time to spruce yourself up. I work mostly from home, so I'm almost always in pajamas with no makeup or jewelry, but I think I should try dressing up just to make myself feel good at home 😊
yess!! I am all for getting dressed up for yourself, even if you're not going anywhere! I purely got ready just to film this video and it was a nice way to show myself some love and care. When I had to WFH during the pandemic I tried to get somewhat ready and it definitely helped me feel better and more focused with my work.

Those pants look great on you by the way! I wish I could wear high waisted jeans but even if it’s a size up I always feel like it’s squeezing my organs. I’ve always been particular about the way fabrics feel on my body… maybe i’m neurodivergent too 😅
aw I understand that! I love how high waist looks on me but some pants can be pretty uncomfortable, or I end up sizing up and it fits awkwardly. such a struggle haha!
