How do I stop sweating 😩 practicing reiki/qi gong as a massage therapist. I can't control the heat that's generated from certain clients. Chi energy isn't always released during sessions 😊
Good question :) You won’t be able to stop the flow of energy but you are able to control the amount of energy flowing to the hands, try focusing on reducing the amount of chi that’s flowing to your hands with intent, focus & breathing & you could also try visualizing Let me know if this helps ! 🙏🏼❤️

I tried the technique with both hands Once I started to feel it Then Open the rest of my fingers on both hands And once I start feeling the rest of them Then I put All the fingers close to each other And just focus on each one And it takes a bit to start feeling it increase. It's hard to describe how it feels when it increases
I'm not sure if it's real or in my head, but since I was little I've been able to control and move my body heat, for example. If it's cold outside, I can move all my current body heat to a single point in my chest and absord more heat, then when I'm outside, I slowly distribute the condensed body heat to stay warm longer. I can also expel body heat, like if I move lot's of body heat to my hand and expel it into the surrounding air.. I'm not sure if it's actually real though, or if it's all in my head. One time I asked my friend to tell me the temperature of my hand before and after I moved my body heat to it. He said my hand gained around 12.4 degrees after I moved my body heat, but he could've just been lying so I didn't think I was crazy. Edit: I'm gonna go buy a thermometer so I can test it myself. Update: Yup, temperature increased by 27 degrees.
I'm happy you're able to relate, WHM is an excellent way to get the energy flowing. I like to take ice baths and focus on maintaining or increasing my body heat.
I never knew what this saucery is but I've always warmed up my cold feet in bed by focusing on them separately and sometimes "sending" red through them- they become warm and cosy without moving them
I can feel the tingling, not the heat, tho. Does that mean I'm missing something or have low qi energy? I'm totally new to this, btw, so please, if someone can respond, thank you.
Just means your chi is not causing the atoms in your hand to vibrate at a fast enough pace to cause an increase in heat. It could be weak qi, could be your qi is very balanced and slow vibrating, or it could be just not adding enough power to it. Without seeing you in person there is no way for me to tell for sure which though.
Stare at your finger for a minute? 🤔 Well I stared at my finger for a few mins, then my hand, while keeping my mind as empty as possible. Nothing was happening, but I had the urge to close my eyes. With my eyes closed, I was seeing my hand being solid black and it looked disconnected from my body. I could not see my body, but knew it was there, so it was like a disembodied hand. I was trying to imagine my hand bright with white light instead, but no matter what, I couldn't stop seeing it black. I was able to envision white light swirling around my hand, but no matter how it transformed, my hand stayed black like it was dead /lifeless. When I opened my eyes it was 22 minutes later, although I thought it was about 3. My hand was ice cold. This didn't feel good.
How do i control my healing energy when im out in public and certain people will approach me and i will immediately start to activate and they can feel it. One reiki master said they have to be aware to accept but they are not aware of whats happening they just ask me if im running a fever while standing a foot or 2 away from me.
Didn’t feel any warmth but I did feel a fuzzy ness in between my right index finger and my left and. I was about a half inch away and it kind of felt like I was rolling a ball around in my hand.
What the hell was that?? I did that and felt pressure on my hand, my fingers started moving on it's own, felt a tiny tingle, like if a spark touched you, just without the sting, and now my palm kinda hurts, I'm confused....what?
@@Dark-jw7sc aura’s yes, chi I haven’t been able to, it’s more of a feeling throughout my body, but if i stare long enough while I’m focusing I can see ripples in the air
Depends on what the weather is like, but all jokes aside if you're finding yourself sweating a lot for no reason and you feel strong & healthy, then it's likely you have a strong energy flow.
@@masterkokoro7039 yeah.....so can you teach me how to control it or use it in a good way ? Can I use that energy for something good ? Is there anything like that ? And one more question....can someone use their energy to do something bad to other people ? And can we stop that energy to effect us ?
