Hey everyone,
I wanted to share how I made my fenugreek spritz.
18 Benefits of using Fenugreek for Hair:

quick and easy recipe:
2 tblspn of fenugreek seeds
2 cups of cool water
still in bowl
let it sit for 12 hours.
add to spray bottle
fenugreek is good for a week or week in a half
use atleast 3 times per week.

I have just started using Fenugreek seed hair mask and also the Spritz over a week now and my hair feels so so soft and manageable from the very first time of using it, It is The Holy Grail for me and my hair!!!

The best way is making fungreek jel. add 2tsp of fungreek powder into a cup of water in a bowl heat the mixture at low heat for 5mins, leave it to cool. You can filter using a cotton wool to get the jel. Application suitable over night results in one week

Yes separate the seeds from the water.

Do you think the Fenugreek capsules would work the same? It was the only thing I could find at my local store?

I can't answer, I never had the capsules. I'd say try it and see. Break open capsule and let the powder out. You can order the fenugreek seeds online, or get them from an Indian store.

I leave mine in. For you, probably at night and rinse in the morning.

It's no SET time. It's what works for you. Try each time ( morning, noon, or night) and see which one you like doing the most.

i didn't wash it off. You do what works for you. i don't make a lot and I use it as needed. when it's gone I make more.

if you feel you need to use it that often, then go ahead. I used it like once or twice a week. I didn't use it that often.

Hi, sorry I'm just now getting to this question. You use it as often as you see fit to use. Once your hair is feeling moisturized and you don't need to use you will feel the difference.

I didn't do it that way, I can't say if it works or not. I used it as a moisturizer or to set my hair with and style. Try it and see how it works for you.

I used the powder just put water in bowl n mix it with Jamaican black castor oil with coconut oil n little of peppermint oil shake it up put in spritz bottle n spray on hair.....

can we soaked fenugreek seed in hot water.and we dry remaining fenugreek seed and powder them and use in hair mask

I believe you can, I was going to try the putting them in hot water, because I drinks fenugreek tea, and that's what I do is boil water and wait 20 mins before drinking it. Yess I've seen where they can be used in some kinda mask, but I haven't did it to know how it goes.. please check google for that info.

Thats just how it smells....like maple syrup. Adding an essential oil may help you

keep it for about 3 to 4 days after making it. Don't make a lot. Make enough that you going to use for that week.

You can use it how you see fit. I can't answer the question, because I didn't use it every day. It gave me the moisturization I needed to use maybe once or twice out the week.

to me, it does both. If your hair no longer is falling or breaking off, then it always going to grow from your scalp. You will retain length.

No, you don't have to wash or rinse out. You use the spray to moisturize your hair, and style as usual. I hope this helps.

I like the little coating I feel on my hair when I spray it on. It has my hair moisturized for awhile if I spray on a every 2 to 3 days. Having low porosity hair, I have to moisturize on a scheduled bases. Other than that, I like it!
