Hello, I have a question. I paid a company to create my KYU account, and I also pay them to do just the KYU filling, but the situation I have is that they created the kyu with their email, and they are the only one that have the login information. They just provided me the KYU license. I requested the KYU login and they do not want to provide for me. I requested because every time I call them, they said that they are very busy and that they can't file at the moment and that my filling might get late. Am sick of it. Can someone please tell me how I can have the information of my login because at this point I want to do it myself.
