You are the most incredible, thorough speaking, direct person I've ever come across. I'M SERIOUS....it's so easy to understand exactly what you are teaching. I will be using your service very shortly. Finally, someone to trust !
@@lisandrocabrera7300 yes, I’ve realize that buying a truck would save in overhead cost. Most if the rental places are requiring you to have insurance that allows you to rent will any truck company. After I check with most of the insurance place my insurance cost would be $4k a month. If you do you’ll just call budget or whoever in your city and they will tell you.
This was very helpful. I'm a truck driver for a company. And I just got my truck business name and EIN. Now I'm working on the steps that you talked about. And looking for a loan or grant, to buy my 1st truck. Thanks for your knowledge and willingness to share.
For you guys looking for financing but dont have good credit, i was in the smae boat and used a place called Russ Darrow. If you can avoid using them, i would cause they are expensive and have penalties for paying off early. However, they will get you in a rig for very little down. i did less than 5. But i ended up paying off early and got penalties. So i paid close to 60k for a 47k truck.
Women with glasses have the best youtube channels. Naomi Brockwell is another youtuber who is in a completely different space from trucking but breaks things down just like you.
Awesome information as always. I’ve saved this video so when I get ready to become an O/O, I’ll just refer to your video. Thanks for the detailed information. You probably saved new and up and coming O/O’s thousands of dollars, like myself.
Wow, thanks for the info, the more I dig into your videos the more I learn, and yes, you should charge if people want you to help them do it, it's fair!
Always been interesting to figure out the requirements for trucking owner operator business. Now I have better understanding. Thank you for sharing this info and video.
Your intelligence is very attractive, as is your thorough knowledge. I will be starting my own shipping LLC company in about six months. Hauling produce from Florida to Washington state. I will be needing your help when I do… your fee is very reasonable for the service you provide. Thank you.
Clear, concise, and to the point in a way that's easy to digest. Knowledge is power keep spreading it. And by the way your handwriting is not all that bad
Good morning Miranda:). Thanks for all of the awesome videos and information. You are doing a fantastic job. The only thing I haven't seen ( I have watched the whole playlist and how to get started is where to get the driver's app and the drug and alcohol consortium. I am sure you probably did that but I might have missed it. Any help for that would be great. Thanks so much and keep up the great work.
Your hair is fine! More than just fine! The problem is the not on your head piece! Your headphones! Only kidding, happy new year! Thank you for the education and knowledge! You are an asset for newcomers such as myself! Best, Sam🙏🚛😎
thanks so much for your information, straight and clear, after seeing a lot of videos , finally a channel who really is helping us to the one that we are new in this industry, thanks again
Can you explain or do a video going through the process/screens of just getting a DOT # to hang onto for future use? I feel like you would have to select options of intrastate, no hazmat, etc for the registration process to NOT try to issue you an MC #, when maybe in a year or two you want to activate your then aged DOT # and start your own authority...what are the ramifications of having selected intrastate options etc when you were applying for just a DOT #, but now your obviously activating it and going interstate? Thank you, love the content!
did you ever find an answer to this? I'm not interested so much in aging the dot number, but too be able to get a much other items in order before activating insurance and mc #
this is pretty helpful information. we are in the trucking insurance business and i will be sharing this videao with those that are wanting to open their own authority. Thank you!
I am the person that never comments on youtube videos. But seriously MIRANDA (I hope I spelled your name right), you are sooo great!!!! Thank you for ALL the information that you share. You are very informative and helpful!
Thanks a lot for your time, insight and motivation may God continue to bless you and your family. I'm currently working but am looking forward to enter the trucking business as a leaser, looking forward to more upcoming videos.
Thanks so much! Great information , I have watched your videos multiple times, saved me a lot of money as a beginner. I'm stuck at the "driver qualification filing". Can you direct me to which video to watch to get more information on how I can complete this step? Also in case anyone missed it, something very important that she points out! The BOC3 does not need to be renewed unless you are making changes. I noticed multiple people trying to sign me up for a subscription to renew it every year....when that's not needed and a waste of money! Thanks so much for this, they almost got me...sigh!
I just wanted to thank you for sharing all your knowledge with us. This video was very informative and helped me figure out my next steps. Thank you so much and please keep making these videos. Just because a subscriber 🙌🏽
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and information. You mentioned the 2290 for over Gross Weight over 55,000+lbs. My intention is to HotShot starting out as a Non CDL driver under the Gross Vehicle Weight under 26000. My question is, "Do I then need to register a 2290 with a combined weight under the 55,000 (26,000 in my case)?
This is so helpful! Sounds pretty easy until you got to the Oregon permits.. we live in Oregon! No wonder one of my friends said they try to avoid us while they are trucking! 😂
Great content. Informative, concise, and professional. Curiosity Question: What if I get my own authority in CA but later move to another state. Is there a process for that? Thanks again for the content.
Sure i can pull your load!!! After I deliver it i will tell you how much you owe me, We take cash or Card............. It is no different than when you take a Taxi Cab, the driver drops you off then tells you how much you owe, then you PAY HIM.
I'm glad that I ran into you. You explain things better than anyone that I have ever seen here in RU-vid. What about box trucks. Do you provide services for the box trucks also.
