Edaakhil is a joke atleast in Tamil Nadu. Filed a case in January. Now it's March and the case is still pending approval. Better to accept that as a consumer here in India we will not get any resolution for injustice and move on rather than wasting time in this edaakhil or consumer forums.

வணக்கம் சார் நான் எனக்கு ஒரு ஆப்பில் போன் SBI வங்கி கணக்கு மூலமாக( HDFC finance) ல் கடன் வாங்கி இருந்தேன் என்னால் சரியான தேதியில் பணம் இருப்பு வைக்க முடியவில்லை ஆனால் என் கணவர் வங்கி கணக்கு மூலமாக மாதாந்திர தவனை தொகையை அடைத்து வருகிறோம். இதற்கிடையில் சில மாதங்களுக்கு முன் நான் என் சம்பளக் கணக்கை HDFC வங்கியில் தொடங்கும் சூழல் ஏற்பட்டது தற்போது என் அனுமதி வாங்காமல் அவர்கள் என் வங்கி கணக்கில் இருக்கும் பணத்தை எடுத்து கொள்ளுகிறார்கள் எந்த பணம் வந்தாலும் அதை என்னால் எடுக்க முடியவில்லை. என் bank balance ( -balance) ஆக தான் உள்ளது எப்படி சரி செய்வது என்று தெரியவில்லை Guide பண்ணுங்க சார் 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Sir நான் flipkart website ல் POCO X3 PRO model mobile 8gb/128 gb memory configuration mobile 27/september/2023 ல் rs.22490/- credit card மூலமாக முன்பணமாக செலுத்தி 6 month emi ல் order செய்தேன்?? எனக்கு 02/oct2023 ல் mobile வந்தது, ஆனால் நான் ஆர்டர் செய்தது 8gb ram/128 gb mobile, வந்திருப்பது 6gb ram/128gb mobile... flipkart customer care ல் கேட்டால் open box delivery, ஆகவே எதுவும் செய்ய முடியாது என்கிறார்கள், ஆனால் எனக்கு invoice bill ல் 8gb/128gb என print செய்யபட்டு வந்துள்ளது, 6gb mobile imei number & invoice imei number are same... இதற்கு நுகர்வோர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் ஏதேனும் வழக்கு தொடர முடியுமா?

Good morning sir i am affected by the lenovo company.... I bought IDEAPAD GAMING 3 on january 21 2023 On 25th the laptop started malfunctioning by high heating and screen flickering i requested for unit replacement on 25th jan itself... But they refused by saying it is a software issue... I solved the issue by my self... But there was abnormal heat and battery draining happening... I requested them to unit replacement on 25th february hence the same issue occured Now they refused it by saying thier lame criteria... They are only ready for the Repair.. not for unit replacement.. On 31st march i registered in consumer grievances... Now also they refused the complaint... Now i have to do the legal action against the lenovo company... Sir should send them a legal notif [Regd post letter to them] Before making the legal move?
