I have one question you told in this video we need to mention basic salary in first four column in ecr file but we tried that validation had failed, so we tried again in first column we need to put gross wages and second column basic wages and the third & fourth column we cant enter more than 15000, because some one has more than 15000 salary he has right to option they want deduction or not and rest column will be same as you told. It is my thought there why 15000 capping if there any other reason for capping amount, please let me know and your video really help full for me.
