In this video i described about the procedure to file private complaint in court u/s CRPC 190 .Generally complaint in court is required to report crime and for punishing the criminals if police refuse to register F.I.R. or non cognizable report.After filing the complaint,Magistrate examine the complainant u/s CRPC 200 and thereafter he himself or by police conduct the inquiry/investigation u/s CRPC 202.Thereafter either he dismiss complaint u/s CRPC 203 or issue a process against accused persons u/s CRPC 204 in form of summon or warrant.

Hello sir please ek detail video with judgement example ipc 211 par banayeeye Use kin points ke saath prepare kar? Kya kya ground le taaki police ya judge hamari application ko accept kareke mukaadma darj karna pade aur joothi complaint karne wale ko saja ho? Kya kya judgements isame use kare aur kya kya important points hai un judgment me?. no particular format. You can simply write application as you write leave application in school. You have to mention detailed incident and its witnesses.

yah non cognizable offence hai police isme kuch nahi kar skti aapko court mai private complaint karni hogi..
