I use the Dexter 1378 8" knife for all my fish up to the big stripers. I find the curved tip on the wide blade works well to control the knife. I like to use the 2333-8 to skin them because I like how the thinner blade works for removing the skin.
@@baysidedave9962 good tip, I will keep my eyes out for those, hadn’t thought about those for working with fish but they seem to work pretty good in your demos.
