hello, I just have a quick question. I am sponsoring my spouse who resides outside of Canada and he is not fluent in English, although we can communicate in English, his knowledge of language is not good enough for him to fill out the application on his own and also a country where he resides, it is hard to find a computer that would have a PDF reader for him to fill out application and printed out. Anyhow, I was wondering if it would be ok for me, who resides in Canada, to fill out the forms for him and just send them all to him and have them signed and then all signed forms he would return to me so I can submit them. Can you please let me know, what would my options be. We have yet to get married but since I am going to his country to get married, I was thinking to get most forms ready and have them with me so he can sign them or even look for the place where we can together fill out the forms and I would bring them back to Canada with me, as well as supporting documents.
