You dont need to fill PART 4 .... you are not DACA.

You should have skipped part 4, and gone straight to part 7. In your case you are not a DACA recipient.

Good day! I’m going back to the US this December to file the re entry permit, would it be advisable for relatives to mail the I-131 a month before I get to the country so I’m in the country to take biometrics? Since I can’t stay too long in the US as I need to return back to my country for university. Also I reside at Virginia Beach, VA. I’d love to hear which office near me would the I-131 be filed at as the relative who’ll file it is on the older side.
