How to fill out NGC coin submission form - cliff notes version

Im new to grading. Do I need to send them the form via post along with the coin?

I'm getting ready to send some coins into ngc and they all came in hard capsules from the mint. Do I need to remove them and put em in flips. Seems like it would be better to ship in the mint protectors they were shipped in.

Please explain costs of box 5 and box 6. For box 5 conservation, when should I use this and is it one Costco cost per coin? For box 6 or value, is that total value for all the coins or an individual coin? And is this coin value what I believe the grade will be? Ben, I want to grade my 1950s proof sets. Some of them have toning to discoloration that could have value improved by conservation. Just the 1950 and 51 sets if they get the grade of of 65 for each would come in around 2000 dollars. If I add my 1987D nickle which I believe is equal to what PCGS shows total would be around 4500 dollars if they make grade on those 11 coins. I am above 300 and above 3000, how much will that cost?

The online submission form is asking for "Label Name". Are they asking what I want the label to say or what type of label I want? Confusing and not clear. If you could clarify this I would appreciate it.

How would you submit GSA cc Morgan’s in the case? I don’t see instructions or cost for those.

The return shipping in the UK is crazy expensive £39 so for 1 sovereign the total cost with conservation can be £107 without any special services or $147 Expensive plastic box! Of course best to submit 7-8 sovereigns depending on total value that then takes it back down to around £67 or $92 per coin. If it dose not add £100 or $130 per coin it's really pointless going to the trouble of grading.

I wish she would show each column and say you’re doing five coins fill it out one with five pennies if you will and go all the way across the list on that paper and then add show up people how to add it up to what is gonna cost you to ship them and then you said it cost $40 to get it back to ship it back I need to open up a coin grading company If they get that kind of money thanks
