Hi, thanks for the video, the form asks for Countries visited in last 15 days, we fly from England to spain, not leaving airport then on to Cuba, do we include that. Thank you in advance.

Since 2021, Cuba has required filling out its landing form and health form online. You can access the form here: dviajeros.mitrans.gob.cu/inicio In order to successfully fill out this form, you need to prepare: your address in Cuba (address of your first place in Cuba), flight number ( the flight you are arriving in Cuba), and your passport number.
