Hi Emily, We only in the process of applying for disability benefits, so I'm honestly not sure. I'm sure Social Security would be able to tell you though. I'd recommend checking their website at ssa.gov or you can always try calling them.

So we’re just putting say accountant in job title and accounting firm in type of business? No actual name of the business?

So I have 15 years of work experience as an Accountant. I recently filed for SSDI back on 09/21. I am HIV positive and I suffer from diabetic neuropathy. My disability is I have pain in both of my feet legs knees right-hand arm and shoulder. my right hand and fingers constantly shake. I have to urinate at least 5 times in 8hr period. Some of the meds I take I'm not sure which ones cause me to have diarrhea, dizziness acid reflux, and dry mouth. I am 63 years old what are the chances of my SSDI getting approved?

@@BalinLaw Oh wow and thank you. I should be getting my denial letter by end of March. And I do plan to appeal. I live in Dallas Texas, would that be an issue for you?

No sir, not an issue at all. We work with clients all across the United States. Especially since meetings and hearings are online or by phone right now. But even pre-COVID, we would occasionally travel for in-person hearings when needed. Just don't forget that we're an hour ahead of you if you're on Central Time; we're in Ohio so we're Eastern Time.

@@BalinLaw Just had my SSDI hearing today. The ALJ ask my attorney to get my last check stub from the first quarter of 2020. Is that a good sign I got my SSDI approve? The Judge issue is my on set date and wages. She needs to verify my wages are correct with the SSA.

You actually don't pay anything out of pocket - we only get paid once we win and Social Security will pay us directly, 25% of the back benefits they owe you. That's it!
