I've seen many posted on RU-vid but urs was quick n simple, thnx for not taking too much time to demonstrate such a simple procedure. i cut all kinds of fish for a living down in the market n salmon is the main fish that i fillet most and im also very good i can actually demonstrate how to fillet a salmon in three different ways in a shirt amount of time. i think ur salmon fillet demonstration should be more widely spread n get way more views than watch unprofessionals takin up more credit than us professionals who actually know what we're doing 👍
