Subbed right away. Last shot was reversed. I think you nailed that shot by reversing it, but bubbles are going down at this point (still good choice reversing it). I liked everything you did
Thank You! Lots more of these coming, trying to surf this GoPro 9 wave this week, then next week back to regular programming 😂 Yes, this was a fun one, I love creating shorts like this! Thanks for the support!
@@PhillipSkraba with many thanks, im planning to run a production company u guys really boosted my ego. i saw people using red camera etc but they aren't able to achieve this. u really boosted my confident fight with my weapon till become one of conquerors...
@@slambk You don't need a RED. Sure, they're amazing cameras, but you can do all this with a Sony A7III, absolutely no problems. It's all about lighting and being consequential (cinematographically) to your script. If it needs running, run. If it needs smooth motion use a slider. If it needs slow movement use a gimbal. You'll be fine, just go out and create!
Thank you! Oh yes! That is no doubt my goto slider and I absolutely love it and swear by it! It has never let me down, it's solid as a rock and very, very smooth.
@@lucas.f1532 You'll love it! It's a piece of kit I use almost everyday and it's also something I can count on, so I'm sure you'll be overwhelmed with it.
Thank You! Most of the shots were filmed very slowly as you can see, and focus was set to AF, so it kept focus really well and turned out super smooth when sped up a little.
Back then actually none, I just hung them off the light stands and the one on the left I just used two normal spring clamps to hold them to a boom arm. I have since this film bought actual diffuser clamps from Neewer which work a lot better! They make spring clamp holders for light stands, holder boom arms with clamps and disc holder clips for light stands too, so that works and is much more controllable!
@@IncertiDoom Damn, wtf, how did no one notice that?! I must have been super tired and still editing in Premiere, God bless FCPX magnetic timeline. Thanks for the heads up, total mistake, not intentional 🙈
Thanks for your video :), today I will make an advertisement for the small Sobótka Górka Brewery and take advantage of this movie's advice :). If You do not mind :).
You're welcome! Yes, please do! That is what I make these for, to help people! I've never tried Sobotka Gorka! I need to get my hands on some of that! I'm in Lodz, but quite often in Wroclaw, so next time I'm over when all this is over I'll pick some of that up 🍺
Well, if you start it off too fast on a macro. That shot could of had a much slower ramp, and it could have generally be a lot slower, and you'd have a much smoother shot, one you can speed up in post and no one will be the wiser. Fast ramps on long lenses are usually a good recipe for jerk movements.
I'm assuming all this beer didn't go to waste afterwards? 😂 Maybe it would be better to pour something other than beer to avoid excessive head? Like mix it half-and-half with apple juice or something similar. Great tutorial btw.
Kasia Kronenberger thank you! We bought cheaper beer to pour, only two of the crafts 😂 We did have to test drink some of it though 🤷🏻♂️ Thanks for dropping by and leaving a mark 🔥
Uzywam 2 rodzaje, albo papier do pieczenia, taki pol przezroczysty, albo papier do kopiowania/rysowania. Jak sie dobrze wytnie to w ogole tego nie widac.
Hi Devin, nice to meet you, my name is Phillip. The light is called the Yongnuo YN360 v1, I dropped a video comparing it to the Yongnuo YN360 v3. Great lights.
Thanks! I basically type in what comes to mind, beer, pour, water, drip, liquid, stuff like that until I get what I need. Sometimes I contrast it to have fun and choose a completely different sfx to freak things out.
@@PhillipSkraba Hahaha agreed! I actually take photos of beer for a living and the chopstick method is the best I've tried so far but it can get real foamy real quick so be careful to not overflow it!! (unless that's the goal!)
Photos of beer for a living!! Overflow!! David, do you have the dream job?? Also, why are you not sharing your passion or job with us??! Surely that would blow up as a RU-vid channel. People would drink it up 🔥
@@PhillipSkraba hahahahaha I do have a pretty great job, I will say. Oskar Blues has been real great to me. I may just have to take your advice and do something like that!! haha Cheers!
