You can only get them by trading specific items with specific NPC’s. However, for all the work it is to hunt down those NPC’s you only get a Aggro Down V. Which you could easily get through other means. If you want to truly 100% the game go for it but otherwise it’s not worth the amount of time to collect the items and money needed to do the trades.

I am a Japanese American so I am familiar with Japanese vowel sounds. The Voice Actors for the games pronounce it differently making the pronunciation confusing.

@@Iggosaurus I'm pretty sure the word comes from Japanese though (they're trying to keep cute characters names universally the same like Pikachu), so wouldn't it follow that pronunciation?
