I have noticed that its not the oil leakage... during morning cold start thought it was leakage but today morning i checked and i found that there is a small hole in the silencer from where tiny droplets of water coming out.. I thought it was oil leakage but it was not.. Is there any problem with that small hole in the silencer??? Yes i found a small sepage in the engine head where small two bolts are located... Is there a problem with that seepage amd that small hole in the silencer?

Just got my brand new xpulse and less than 1 km, oil "leakage" ...given to service center ..hoping it will be ok for the long run. Your video gave me confidence that oil leakage is some thing we have to deal with in bikes and fix it before it becomes a problem,...

Splendid my man! A HERO Service technician where I live, has confessed to the fact that the quality of parts of HERO post the Honda split especially metallurgy and gasket items are have really become very poor, when compared to 10 years back.

After Separating From HONDA, Hero never been the same. My father have Splendor Plus Aluminium Rim 2010 bs2 model and i have passion pro 2016 Bs4 model. There's a Great Difference between these two Bike in Quality or let it be Product Sustainability.

Point from where wires come out from the engine also leaks sometime. Seen it many Apache 160 2v including mine. One can check it too 🙏🏻. Nice information BTW

This particular engine is poorly developed by Hero. I have an Xtreme200R with same engine. Engine oil seepage issue from engine head persists even after repeated replacement of head gasket. This issue is seen in all 200cc models of hero, be it bs4 or bs6.

Today all companies have decreased their bike's build quality to maximize profit because they have strong roots in Indian market while if same bike is made for another country then the build quality is awesome.

Either bolts are not torqued correctly or it's threads are stripped latter was the case in my bike and had to replace crankcase under warranty.

@@jithinnatarajan4125 yea head gasket that's what I was talking about not the head cover gasket, is your bike's valve timing correct? head or block surface warped? If all bolts and it's threads are in good shape I can't think of anything else right now.

That neutral sensor needs silicone adhesive, my younger brother had the same problem, changed the seal several times, later when the rtv silicone used the problem got solved but it is shocking to see the sensor has the same crack in this video which we had seen when we repaired.

I brought a second hand bike i smart bike 15 days ago today morning i saw some drops of engine oil leaking but that was probably leaked at night and it was too little oil is this a problem. My brother said 10-20 drops at night is fine he said that's how bikes are.

Thanks for ur vedo , bhai i have Honda stunner 2010 , currently facing same kind of issue, my mechanic firstly says issue with newtral switch but afterwards telling i have to replace full armature kit as its having a black wire which ends up with a rubber which gets teared, n it's a complete set can't replace only that particular rubber so ...i am from Kolkata West Bengal plz suggest

hua tha same mere sath b m b khud se motorcycle (car aswell) selfrepair kr rha hu 9 sal se jane anjane mne dhyan ni dia netral switch aur gear shaft ki seal leak kr rhi thi bad me oil change k time 300-400 ml oil nikla bss abi smoke to ni de rhi but refinement chli gyi😂
