Are you are thinking about travelling or retiring in Thailand?
Are you single and looking for a wonderful woman?
In this video, we give you a few rules to follow to make sure your time in Thailand is positive and fun.
History is littered with men who have been seduced by the fantastic way of life in Thailand.
Unfortunately, if you are not prepared for life in Thailand, it can be your worst nightmare.
One of the major attractions for men wanting to be in Thailand is the women.
Their allure brings many lonely men that are not satisfied with the women in their country and the lifestyle.
Following are tips to remember that hopefully will help you in your stay in Thailand.
Some of these tips maybe controversial and there is no disrespect to anyone, as this is a generalisation only.
1 Why you shouldn’t marry a Thai woman with a big family.
One of the cultural things to remember is when you marry a Thai woman, you are effectively marrying the family as well.
Your girlfriend or wife maybe a provider for the family and once you are part of that family, you also may take on that responsibility.
The smaller the family, the less responsibility you may have.
2 Why you shouldn’t buy a condominium in Thailand and why renting is better.
There are foreign ownership restrictions in Thailand.
Thai law restricts the percentage of foreign ownership in a condominium building to 49%.
This means that it may be difficult to resell your condo in the future, as the pool of potential buyers will be limited.
Condominiums in Thailand typically require payment of monthly maintenance fees, which can be quite high, especially in newer or more luxurious buildings.
If you sell your condo for a profit, you may be subject to capital gains tax, which can be up to 30% for non-residents.
Renting a condominium in Thailand may be a better option for those who want the flexibility to move around and explore different areas of the country.
Renting also eliminates the need to pay for maintenance fees, property taxes, and other costs associated with ownership.
3 Why you should never fall in love with a bar girl in Thailand.
First of all, It is important to recognize that individuals are unique and shouldn’t be judged solely based on their occupation or cultural background.
That being said, there are some potential risks and challenges that may arise when entering into a romantic relationship with someone who works in the bar industry in Thailand.
Here are a few things to consider:
In most cases, bar girls in Thailand are financially dependent on their customers.
There may be significant cultural differences between the customer and the bar girl, which can make communication and understanding more challenging.
This can create challenges in terms of acceptance from family, friends, and society at large.
In some cases, bar girls may be involved in multiple relationships with customers at the same time.
This can lead to trust issues in the relationship, as it may be difficult to know if the bar girl is being honest and faithful.
Basically, you are playing with fire if you fall in love with a bar girl!
It’s a sure-fire way to heartbreak and a dented bank account!
4 Why you should not drive in Thailand and why public transport is a better option.
There are several reasons why driving in Thailand can be challenging and why using public transport may be a better option:
Traffic congestion is a common problem in many cities and towns in Thailand, particularly during rush hour.
Driving in Thailand can be dangerous, with many drivers disregarding traffic laws and driving aggressively.
This can increase the risk of accidents, particularly for those who are unfamiliar with the roads or driving on the opposite side of the road.
Road signs and traffic signals in Thailand may not be in English, which can be challenging for those who do not speak Thai.
Using public transport in Thailand, such as buses, trains, and tuk-tuks, can be a more convenient and cost-effective option for getting around.
5 Why it’s a good idea to have insurance when living in Thailand.
Living in Thailand can be an exciting and rewarding experience, but it’s important to be prepared for the unexpected.
Here are some reasons why having insurance is a good idea when living in Thailand:
Thailand has a high quality of medical care, but the cost of treatment can be expensive, especially for foreigners who do not have access to government-funded healthcare.
Having health insurance can provide peace of mind in case of a medical emergency.
Thailand is prone to natural disasters.
Well, there you have it, 7 tips I believe may help you in the long run, when living in Thailand.

Wouldn't mind living in Thailand. I am interested in the culture and history of Thailand. Even want to try the food from Thailand. My grandmother always used to say to me when I was a kid growing up try new things.

Buying a condo may be a good choice if planning to live permanently. That way you can furnish and make it how you like. There are no property taxes and you may be able to rent it out if necessary.
