Good Stuff. REQUEST: You should do a video on how to do a smooth hand-off from your Salesman to your Project Manager. I am sure issues arise where customer wants to work directly with the salesman (who the customer just built a lot of trust & rapport with). Customer says "the estimator told me this, the estimator told me that" during the pre-job walk with the PM. Salesman are great at selling but probably not the best with handing off the details and nuances of the project to the PM. Thanks.
This is exactly what I've been wondering. Can you do a video on door to door and placing ads on platforms like facebook pages? Details like the best time to do it and ideal neighborhoods and when you have sales reps knock on doors do you pay for gas and other vehicle costs?
