No. Joe lived in a four bedroom detached quite imposing house, on Bispham Road, in Layton, literally half a mile from the cemetery that he's in at Layton. It's just on the left at some traffic lights, opposite a Tesco Express, on the brow of a hill. If you go left outside his house at the lights, it leads to Layton railway station. The cemetery is basically at the bottom of the same hill, which shows how close his resting place is, to where he lived. Hope this helps.
