Actually you can get totodile as soon as you unlock the ability to gain bp points, I know I did cause I haven’t even done any of the elite four in this dlc
@@TheReliantGiant There's just a bunch of Snivy and Rowlet at first, but Charmander and Totodile became abundant later. I hope it's not stupid like that for all biomes
It doesn’t have to be post game at all. I haven’t done anything yet just unlocked the starters with the 12,000 points needed. Then use a water encounter sandwich.
Wondering if you could trade a Totodile to someone who just started Scarlet/Violet. I'd actually even consider getting a second copy of the Gen 9 games if that was possible to do. Other than that "Aww! Look at the jolly fella swim! So cute!" =D
I can confirm, once you're able to donate BP at the computer, donate the 3k BP to the Savannah Biome and totodile will spawn. Currently trying to reset for a mass outbreak now. I've gotten 5 Rowlet outbreaks 🙃
so in the main game you have to finish up until after you are done with area zero including the teal mask you have to complete it just the storyline for it. To unlock the league room where you can donate for the starters which is 12,000 bp in total.
