How to Find User Info and Change Password with CMD

using cmd i follow all your steps when the times come to type a pssword keyboard is not working on cmd and i cannot type my new password in this program guide me please

why would I change the admin password if I'm able to see it, which you don't see it in the video, you just see info about the passwords, NOT THE ACTUAL PASSWORD

Can confirm it works on Windows 10. Those talking about system error 5, you get it because you need to run CMD as admin (right click run as admin) Those who say can't type, you can. The thing is it is done so you don't see it. After writing it once, you'll be asked to confirm by typing it again.

But how do i know the current password without resetting it? Because if i reset it.. my mom gona notice it got reset

Does this work for a second user that does not have administrator rights also?

Does it work with win 10?? I'm able to sign in to my lap(win 10) with the pin on start up but forgot my password for my laptop, Using a local account, so changing my mail id password doesn't do it
