1. Not sure exactly what you mean here, if you mean see your sales reports in Amazon when you login at the top you would click Reports > Business reports 2. Your sales taxes are ridiculously hidden: go to Reports > Payments > Date Range Reports > Generate Report > Enter the Date Range You Want > Generate > Download Report and you will see sales taxes in that pdf report. Well first off Nike is not going to be easy to get Distributors but yes you would just search on Google for Nike distributors or shoes distributors

Great video! What are the benefits of having a storefront? We are creating Niche sites for each category also then directing to a brick and mortar storefront to close more deals - not operating. Would really appreciate your thoughts. Thank you in advance Tim

Well definitely do not lie about having a brick and mortar store but the purpose of having ecommerce stores is to offer something outside of Amazon as a benefit to the brand. It is not necessary though to be successful.

Thanks for a great video. Is there a reason that you started with choosing a niche and looking for suppliers first. Wouldn't it make more sense to first go to Amazon check out best selling brands and then try to open wholesale accounts with them?

Mostly understand it will be a hard process and you will get lots of rejection but you have to keep pushing forward. Anyone who tells you it's easy is lying to you. But if your willing to do the hard work you can be successful.

That's awesome just keep in mind with Shopify you have to build your own traffic but with Amazon you have built in hundreds of millions of shoppers.

Entrepreneur Adventure so if im going to amazon it means i need to have my own product or invent in order to avoid stressful isue from amazon and headache. Coz i saw a lot of video. Amazon kick out some individual seller for no reason. And now the seller is full of stress amazon sent them a message (hey we appreciate everything from u but you cant sell on amazon from now on)

How about I get a bunch of whole saler price list can I just run them thru a amazon anaylizer tool if so what one ? That should make the process faster to find profit on amazon

So I have found several wholesalers who will give me an application.. But even though I will be prepaying they want me to fill out a credit application with trade references. I don't have any trade references because I haven't landed any accounts. I also just opened my LLC bank account and I assume I have no credit on it. Should I even have to fill out the credit app if im prepaying?

You can ask them if they need the credit app if you are not going to have net terms with them and see what they say. You can just put down your bank that's not a problem they just want to make sure that you have a legitimate business account. The trade references will be hard if you are just getting started out not much you can do there except for let them know that you are a new business

Do you collect sales tax on all states? How do you file your sales tax? Can you do a video on sales tax?

I currently collect sales taxes for Wisconsin, California, Texas and Florida because Wisconsin is my home state and the others are my largest selling state. I will be adding more states to pay sales taxes soon as I see large sales amounts in those states. To collect my sales tax information using taxjar.com and then currently file my taxes myself on each states website but I am planning to start using Taxjar autofile.

I watched your video well. I want to open a brand and sell it, but I need a commercial invoice to do that. Do I need an EIN number to receive a commercial invoice? Can't I get a commercial invoice if I don't have an EIN? There are so many things I don't know about American law because I'm not an American. Please help me.I want to get a commercial invoice when dealing with a wholesaler.

Aren’t big name brands hesitant to allow Amazon sellers to sell their products? Would it also work if I found the brand name that I wanted to sell and then complete a search for suppliers of that name brand? Would the response rate be higher?

Doug McGaghie you could do it either way but I find it easier to get a list of products and check them on Amazon to see what is best to sell. Many brands will say no but some will allow you to sell. I find it easier to work with smaller brands and help them build.

Entrepreneur Adventure I was thinking that I should do that. The really big brands probably won’t say yes but the smaller brands who already have FBA sellers on their listings, would be more open to letting me sell their products. Thanks for the response.

Sure no problem and do not discount helping a small brand start selling or building their brand on Amazon. I love it when I find a brand that is selling a little and the a selling themselves FBM. Opportunity for me to build out their listings, become and exclusive reseller and sell their brand FBA.

I began contacting the manufacturers today and a couple have responded. Even though they have FBA sellers on their listings, they tell me that they are not looking for any other FBA sellers. Why would they not want more people selling their products? Im not understanding this.

That will happen a lot Doug just move on to the next manufacture. They do this because they may not want to push prices down for their current sellers or perhaps they have an exclusive seller on Amazon.

I have a couple videos of trade shows that I went to if you take a look at the channel. Basically I go from booth to booth looking for products and if I like them talk with the booth attendie about selling on Amazon.

It sounds like you will mainly use the website to get access to more suppliers which require an e-commerce website to open an account? If that is the case then I would recommend Shopify, with the plugins that they have it is very easy to setup products and full-fill them through Amazon. Thanks I do really love this business and am having fun sharing my experience. My energy comes from having fun and bullet proof coffee :)

The technique in your video is called reverse sourcing. You are telling people to reverse source (look back from the retail website to find contact info for suppliers or manufacturers).
