Wonderful video. The advice of showing you are both vulnerable and capable is perfect. Plus the collaboration of "let's learn together." Saw this post the other day showing broken pieces of plates and cups that were put back together with the crack being highlighted in gold. The idea is that the broken parts of us and our scars both visual and invisible are what make us beautiful.

Very inspiring! Hardwork combined with passion leads to success! I have a cookie shop in my college town. When I started it, I was living in my car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. I just graduated college as well. I started the late night cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. I was living in my car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (hopefully a second soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams. I am definitely not where I want to take this to just yet, because our second location is under construction now! And it's leading to achieving even bigger things!

Marie is just an amazing life coach! I'm teaching a voiceover online course with a friend and asked our students how much they want to make first, and by watching this episode I got a validation that it's a good way to start any business!

Loved this episode! I loved how Marie talked about this adiction to courses. I've definitely been there and at some point I realized it was much more useful to me to take B-School again and re-watch other courses I've taken instead of trying to learn 20 new things each year. Thanks so much to the guys for bringing this subject up, so glad it wasn't just me jejeje

i think when you touched base on not wasting your time on the name and focus on the impact and service that you want to give to people. that one struck home a bit as I was thinking of re-branding a bit or feeling like I had to change the name of my business as I grow and evolve... when really, I stressed myself out over it and I was getting caught up in what everyone else was saying ...my energy was spinning and I was becoming even more lost. so after getting fed up with my own spinning and realized where I was spitting out my own energy and leaking it, I zipped up, got quite and it just came it me. I kept my original name because A- it feels good and B- its my story on how and why I started. all the rest is jibba jabba and I can create different names for each clothing line I wish to do. bam. easy. I am in constant growth and inspiration and travelling so I get to weave that through and let my wool be the translator. so. long story, thank you Marie and Greg, LOVE you two SO. DAMN. MUCH. xo

This video hits me at the right time, I love the idea of letting go of things and getting laser focused on the things that are working and you're passionate about and taking the risks.

Your content is 100. I think sometimes we find our niche in the process. One needs to narrow down their niche, create a segment of their target audience, do the market analysis for profitability. There are so many factors behind the process. :)

2 important issues regarding the first question about what to share online: 1. The place you share from - is it to get likes, or as marketing? in those cases it's not advised. Only if it's from a place to give value. 2. The most important thing is to share only the things that you feel safe with, that you have figured out for yourself. Because there can be some tricky comments and you don't want that to be able to effect you.

Wow! I just quit one of my jobs based on this episode. That wasn't expected! I can pick up other hours at my other job in the mean time while the business grows and scales...

I seriously came here just to say I am sick of this long ass show interrupting my videos as an "ad." wtf. And its right when I'm in the middle of doing my dishes so I can't change it. Then I notice how u completely take over and make the entire thing about yourself and barely give the woman on the phone a chance to talk. Its like u let her talk just so u can wait till she was done so u could talk about yourself and listen to yourself talk. How can anyone listen to this shit....
