Sir, Please these points also👇. . A village type Clutch Performance test in Manual Transmission. vehicles.. 1.Park the car on a steep gradient. Engage First Gear on an Engine stopped condition. Release the Parking Brake. Car should stay on the gradient with first gear, then the Clutch and Pressure plate conditions are very good. If the car starts moving down wards slab by slab motion, then clutch is slipping and the pressure of pressure plate is ineffective. 2. Continue the above process with Reverse gear engaged condition. If the car stops with out slab by slab movement towards down wards then Clutch system is very fine. 3. While at one & two process above , press clutch pedal slightly, if the car starts slab by slab motion towards downwards then Clutch system is required an over hauling. 4. On road test. Start the Engine. Engage first gear. Leave the clutch pedal slowly with accelerator . If the car is reluctant in taking a smooth forward take off , and clutch is juddering, then OVER HAULING IS ESSENTIAL.. . 5. While every acceleration and deceleration, if the car is paying a jerk of pull and push feel, then Clutch system is to be overhauled. It is happening because of two reasons. Damper springs in the clutch plate cages may be compressed or broken or Clutch HUB RIVETS might be loose. 6.If all above four conditions are not observed, and car is running smoothly with a tight Clutch pedal and a metallic creeping noise from the gear systems are observed, then clutch system is to be over hauled. 7. Finally all above are okay, again one more test can also be done. Vehicle is a load gear and moving smoothly. Meanwhile, apply a slight pressure over the clutch pedal. If the Engine race (RPM) and failing to attain speed to the wheels, then, CLUCTH IS TO BE UNAVOIDABLY OVERHAULED for on the way breakdowns. Such sudden acceleration of Engine on a running car while on slight declutching, means, Clutch is slipping and engine is getting free to rotate with out rear thrust torque from transmission train and Driven wheels. Many other small reasons are also in the clutch systems, that pointing lack of power .

ecosport diesel 20000km driven clutch tight issue …. Starting time clutch is soft and after 10km clutch and gear becomes tight ( heavy) .. cant ride at all … as u tell when i put reverse grinding noise is there but not always …sometimes only … i changed my brake fluid … but no use … a clickk sound is there while clutch pedal releasing. What will be the issue ?
As in ecosport the clutch is little but hard, i have driven a ecosport diesel, if its very hard i thing the vehicle is been using by other's too. If so just check out if someone riding on with leg resting on the clutch padel, if this clutch hard continue do replace the clutch set
I am figo diesel user.. Usually ford vechle clutch is bit harder compared to other vehicles but it will last longer . My figo crossed 1lakh with stock clutch set , still going strong.. If you replace it because of hardness, the issue will come up within 20000 km. It is true that its tiresome to use hard clutch in b2b traffic but consider replacing it as last option... It lasts really long.

Want to know that, while driving in the bad roads which has small worst pot holes, selecting first gear, going in half clutch with low speed can wear clutch faster , or selecting second gear with fully leaving clutch and going in 20km speed can also wear the clutch in small amounts. Which is better to drive in bad road conditions. Also want to know that going in bad large and medium sized pot holes with in second gear with a 20 km speed , without putting the foot on clutch. can misaligned the wheel alignment of the car in that 20km speed?

Bro amaze diesel 2018 . Clutch plate changed in 57 k km . Issue ( slipping on high revs ) , no issues with tightness and shifting problem . Now car completed 88 k km . Same issue started clutch slipping in high rpm . Why the happen to me all the time 😢 . I used to drive all category vehicles . I have not even a single mistake in my driving. I even rev match correctly in downshift . Before i used to have 2013 ddis swift completed 1.4lakh km and sold . Not even a single complaint . Expect suspension side I love turbo diesel engines . I usually rev engine higher ( that doesn’t mean i rev till redline ) . Since its a turbo vehicle i like that turbo kick . Is this issue causing because of my style of driving ? Or do u have any suggestions on manufacturing issues with any part !!

Irrespective to the engine capacity or its power, Clutch systems will not be hard in the case of Manual or hydraulic clutches, provided all components used in the system as per manufacturers Recommendations and specifications. and in technical limits

What are the spares that you replaced Sir? Have changed the Clutch Plate ,Pressure plate Release bearing, sleeve cylinder, Clutch master cylinder or cable assembly? Have you checked the Clutch plate drive face in the flywheel? Have you seen Bluish colored burnt Hardened patches over the surface of flywheel? It it was there, as a Village engineering style, have you sent the flywheel surface grinding process or fixed all new parts with a burnt flywheel face? then new clutch is likely to slip from all burnt and hardened flywheel faces and car will return you jerking and juddering system Sir.

2011 model I 10 anu car,Steering തിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ക്ലച്ച് ലിവർ നല്ല വൈബ്രേഷൻ playing( left & right sidilekk). Pinne ഓട്ടത്തിൽ ഗിയർ change cheyyan clutch അപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുമ്പോ ചെറിയ ഒരു acceleration raising feel ചെയുന്നുണ്ട്, എന്തായിരിക്കും problem. Clutch മാറിട്ട് 3000 km മാത്രേ ഓടിക്കാണു. (മാറിയെന്നു സർവീസ് സെന്റർ പറയുന്നു ).
