That looks good! Wine making is my big hobby, I make over 200 gallons per year. I can see that you are following a good process! You really have the patience to give the wine the time it needs to age before bottling! Klaus

This wine really did turn out surprisingly well. On another subject, if y'all use mulch, check out your Walmart. They have Hyponex brown mulch on clearance for 75 cents per bag, regularly $3.63. We have loaded up on it here.
