12 cups water
SEASONING
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Msg
1 tsp Mushroom powder
2 tbsp Thin soy sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1-2 drops of dark soy sauce for color
1 tbsp Brown sugar
OTHER INGREDIENTS
Fish maw
Pork blood cake
12 Shiitake mushroom, soaked
1 can Bamboo, boiled
2 cans Quail eggs
1/4 cup Tapioca starch + 1/4 cup Water, for thicken soup
Cilantro
black pepper
Chili powder/chili-garlic oil (optional)
