50g Fish fried or baked maw (before soaking)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
4-5 ginger slices
200g crabmeat
120g prawns
100g chicken breast, cut into strips
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
Corn flour slurry (3 Tbsp corn flour + 3 Tbsp water)
2 Tbsp oil for frying
