How tight shouild a bark collar be. What are the things to watch out for. what will improve the comfort for the dog and still get the results and consistent training.
I have a chihuahua with almost no hair. We have a bark collar and it leaves marks. We only have it on her an hour or so a day or over night. It has to be either fitted or too loose. Is there a way to use it without irritation?
